Scheduled mBox Mail Push Notification service outage
Update: All systems are now back up. The servers were down for less than 30 minutes and everything went smooth.
This week the mBox Mail system engineering team will be performing several upgrades to our infrastructure to enhance stability and performance of the mBox Mail Push Notification service.
The maintenance is scheduled to last two (2) hours, beginning on the morning of March 10 at 09:00 AM Central and ending at 11:00 AM Central.
This scheduled outage will affect all mBox Mail for iPhone and iPod Touch customers who are currently making use of the Push Notification service.
No other mBox Mail services or functionality will be affected during this time.
As always, we appreciate your patience and we will do everything in our power to keep service interruptions to an absolute minimum.

My m Box keeps gettng stuck on “Processing Headers” and then won’t download the body of my messages anymore. I have to reset the program and set it up all over again to get it to work only to have it get stuck again after a while. This just started in the past couple of weeks. What can I do? Is it related to your upgrades?
